ERC Qualification Form Thank You

Thank you for your interest in learning more and potentially applying for the Employer Retention Credit!

To continue the process, you will need to fill out the additonal profile questions regarding your company that can be found here. This form will give us the ability to do an initial check to see if you have the potential to qualify for all or part of the Employment Retention Credit. After you fill out the following page, it will be reviewed by our team in the next few days or weeks, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. After filling out the next page (link provided below), please be on the lookout for an email from ERC@trustces.com after we have had time to review your questionnaire.
